Rachel is a nurse practitioner specializing in adult and geriatric medicine. As a member for over 20 years, Rachel shares what first attracted her to the Church and how it has changed her life and made a positive impact on her health. Rachel also addresses the difference in the overall health and quality of life of the members, especially the older population, from putting the basic teachings of the Church into practice.

Karen has over three decades of experience in the healthcare field. In her first twenty years in that field, she weighed 300 pounds. Not only has she lost weight, but she has been set free from diabetes, high blood pressure medication and many other health issues. You will hear the impact of this change on her life and why she describes herself as a walking miracle.
